    Summary

    We are seeking full-stack software engineers to join our growing team as we accelerate the development of our analytics and automation platform. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and influence architecture and design decisions as we scale the platform and test new features.

    We are a Lean / Agile development team, focused on building quality software and delivering fast (new features every week). We are continually improving our processes and trying out new technologies to find what works best.   • Service Desk Specialist

    Position Summary

    Symplexity is looking for smart, capable, and all-around enjoyable candidates to join our Service Desk team. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are eager to tackle and resolve technical issues. They need to be able to think on their toes and learn new technology quickly while creating a customer experience that creates raving fans.

    Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

    – Assist customers with all technology-related moves/adds/changes
    – Configure, install, and maintain IT users’ desktop software and hardware including current versions of Windows and MS Office products
    – Troubleshoot PC issues remotely
    – Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
    – Escalate to Engineering support on advanced problems
    – Learn about and apply proven and emerging technologies (Azure, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Cisco networking, etc.)
    – Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing end-user guidelines
    – Other duties may be added as defined

    Required Qualifications/Skills

    – College degree preferred
    – Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
    – Able to plan, schedule, and effectively communicate with staff and clients
    – Must have a customer service-oriented attitude
    – Must be detail-oriented
    – Must have strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills
    – Must have strong documentation skills
